I've noticed that Safeway, my grocery store chain of choice, has also adopted the O - Organics line of products, offering its customers choice beyond their store brand staples of "Safeway Select" or other, more expensive name-brand, organic alternatives.

It seems that adopting an employee benefit policy of strategic health management, leads not only to improved lifestyle awareness, an enriched work-life through appreciation and mutual respect employer to employee and vice versa... but as you've noted, also leads to a customer strategy of healthy responsibility...

and if we're really lucky, to better managed societal attitudes toward personal accountability for our own health, instead of required government policy in the perceived desire for unnecessary medical advice.

What exactly is Loyalty 201? Is it your definition of a new loyalty strategy, or one having strong foundation throughout your industry? I'd like to read more about it, if there is a more thorough written formula.

Thanks, Bill.
