		<description>Bill, for some reason when I consider the term &quot;social banking&quot; what comes to mind more than a &quot;social media&quot; is being &quot;part of society.&quot;  I think banks have gotten away from that sense of being part of the community and making a contributing to it.  That&#039;s what&#039;s needed to turn some of those brands around and you&#039;ve nailed it by connecting the dots to the banks that are promoting tools to help consumers make responsible financial choices.  Whether they do that through a blog, Twitter, or plain &#039;ol direct mail, that will be a &quot;social&quot; strategy worth watching. 

BTW, totally agree on the internet access on flights -- whatever happened to reading books? :)</description>
