Dear Friend,
It’s a fact: if you want your website to make you money, generate leads or get subscribers you have to advertise in order to drive traffic to it. Of course this is true for any business, but it is absolutely essential for online business.

The corollary to this however is that consumers DO care who pays for loyalty, when it's the customers who do the paying. This was certainly the case in Australia from 2003 when reductions to credit card interchange fees were imposed by the regulator. This led in time to existing card loyalty programs imposing annual loyalty fees, or either capping or diluting issuance rates.
